I used my laptop last night with no problems. When I attempted to turn it on this morning, the battery indicator light on the front is blinking red and it will not power on. Never had any issues.

Hi,
A blinking red light indicates that the battery has a low state of charge and it will not start the laptop.
Does the battery charge indicator light turn ON when you connect the AC adapter from a working wall outlet?
If the battery indicator light does not come on with the AC adapter connected, you either have a faulty adapter (make sure the power outlet is working), faulty charging circuit in the laptop or a faulty battery.
If you can, try another adapter ( ensure that it has the exact same power specifications and connecting plug ) and see if it will charge the laptop. If so your adapter is faulty and needs replacing. If not you have either a faulty charging circuit in the laptop or a faulty battery.
If the charge indicator does come on when you connect the AC adapter, allow your battery to fully charge, disconnect the AC adapter, allow your battery to "cool" for 5 minutes and then try to switch on your laptop.
If it turns on, you just had a low battery. You might have to keep an eye on it as it may be failing, i.e not holding its' charge. When your PC is running, double click the battery icon or power cord icon (if AC adapter connected) in the taskbar to monitor the state of charge
If it does not turn on after charging the battery or you get no indication after after a few hours that it is fully charged try connecting the AC adapter with power connected and turn ON the laptop and see if it starts. If it turns on you have either a faulty charging circuit in the laptop or a faulty battery.

In my case it was none of these three, but rather the physical connector to the battery within the laptop. (Ok, maybe you could say "faulty charging circuit" here). After disconnecting and reconnecting several times, the CBook booted, has worked flawlessly since; it had been totally dead for weeks. So cycle the battery connection. I interpret my results to mean that the red flashing light means the laptop can't see battery charge sufficient to boot, because in my case it couldn't see the battery at all.
my own battery is fully charged but the red blink still on as if its completely low
For me, it's none of these. The red light is flashing, and when I unplug the laptop all charging indicator lights just turn off. When I plug it back in or do a forced reset (refresh+power) it turns back green. But after about 30 seconds it goes back to flashing red again. If someone could please help me I'd greatly appreciate it. It's getting to the point that I'm considering buying a new laptop, but I just bought one yesterday that was so slow it was unusable. Just returned it.
In my case with my Fujitsu laptop i have observed two red indicators close to each other apparently one is the power the other I don't know if it is the hard drive or so. When I unplug the power source both goes off and the power switch do not come on.
Replace the battery, if not you won’t be able to get power until its replace, check Amazon, Best Buy, or any shop that sales pc’s.

My case was, I press power button of laptop, but didn't turning on. The I plugged into charger and then it was power on. However it showed red battery light with igniting. Display battery status was full charged and I could unplug the charger. But the display battery status was not normal situation. when I moved my arrow toward near the battery, it said unknown remaining. However does not work battery saving mode and, normal battery status of the laptop.
Please give some remedies for this situation.
@Tharaka Sathsarani MY BEST GUESS is that you have a battery connection problem. So disconnect the battery and reconnect several times - THAT is what fixed mine. And it has been running fine for two years now.

OK, the latest here on this issue. In fact, I am typing on the suspect CBook right now. I ordered new batteries, and at first install, it did not work to solve the problem. But as I continued to play with the connector on the batteries, it relit and has been bulletproof for two years now. Thus, I saved the old batteries because it was clearly a connection problem, between battery and laptop, right at the connector. And in this C Book, if the battery can't be seen by the laptop then it won't work on external power either. The battery is mandatory to be in the loop in other words. My advice: keep playing with the connection! Disconnect and reconnect several times, to see if you can get it to boot.

I've tried different cords adapters or still buy portable charger just blinks on and off and does not charge

thankxx u saved my laptop from entering a probably dangerous state as i was refresing my pc and sudden shutting down of pc may have result in something major loss..
