IT will not turn on
The camera will not turn on when I push the on buttom, I have a new battery

Replaced batery. Not good. A replacement batery will damage the device even if its an exact match. Put in the original batery and charge it and see if this helps. Even if the batery does not fully charge it should be enuf to get a responce on your device, if not do a warenty repair(you will have to pay shipping) i hope this Helps.
