Unplugged digitizer while the device was turned on

I just replaced the broken screen of my Moto G and while I was testing everything before reassembly the phone, the screen cable was unplugged while the device was turned on. Now the screen won't turn on anymore. The phone vibrates but I get nothing from the screen,

I've found similar problems whith Ipad Mini users, and performing a hard reset seems to work with them, unfortunately, I tried with my phone but nothig happened.

Any ideas on how I can solve this?
