Toshiba device is rebooting after roughly 10-15 minutes of use. I also notice that my laptop is extremely hot, and occasionally my laptop begins to make a beeping noise.

It appears that the laptop fan is malfunctioning. This does not imply that the fan needs to be replaced. It is possible that simply cleaning the fan will resolve the issue. If the fan appears to be sufficiently clean, it may be time to consider replacing the fan. This is not an advanced task, and should help ensure that the laptop is again usable.
