Unfortunately, with the new part.It works only the high part of the touch.

Do you check the part before replacing? May be the LCD touch is in bad quality. Or you need to replace it again. If it still cannot work, or just like what you said you damaged something, you can take it to the repair shop and ask the maintenance staff for help.
