Why cant I transfer my files using my bluetooth, to a cellphone?

I gives me an error that the connection is lost, or its not connecting on my phone... but the other phone or device indicates that I am still connected

Like I answered on the similar post previously, you simply cant transfer music files via bluetooth. I wish it was possible.
