My iphone6 frequently goes to zoom, when I discovered the 3 finger double tap I was elated, but now that is not working. What can I do, phone is currently not operational. It is on but one icon is nearly the size of the full screen.

gablesbb, try to turn it off through itunes
1.Connect the device to any computer with iTunes.
2.Select the device when it appears.
3.Select Configure Accessibility on the device summary page:
4.Select Neither to disable zoom:
5.Click OK.

Turn off your zoom in settings> general> accessibility

I can't even get to settings to turn anything off or on.
Tried doing a hard reset?

Do the hard reset. You cant do anything else if you cant turn it off with 3 finger motion.

Finally by using Siri I was able to get to settings and played with it until I could figure out where I was in settings and then was able to turn zoom off. I've been without a phone for two days now and it is not the first time it has happened. Does anyone have an idea of what I might be doing wrong. It seems to happen when I have it in my pocket. I think I am going to get a case with a cover.
