I recently change the DC Jack. I soldered the component to the main board but, after that, when i connect the cable to power on and charge, the CPU fan turn on/ turn off constantly as if energy failures and always go up and down. The pc doesn't turn on too.
I don't know what is happening and i need help.

Possible that you damaged the board depending on how you soldered the DC jack on the board. I myself have burnt a board once doing this. I'd start with a new board. Check EBay you can get a reasonable price on a replacement motherboard.
