Why am getting a split stacked picture?

When I turn on my digital galaxy projector there would normally be a "NO SYNC" with blue background. Now I only get "SYNC" its as if the picture is brooken in two, kind of like cutting the picture in half and putting one half about one inch atop the other.

If anyone has had this problem please share solutions with me.-
