Does any other repair services has this problem? Especially when a iphone 6 is a little bent(like one militer). ? It doesnt happen very often, but for me it happen 1/10, maybe a little more. What could i do?

Ensure that the phone is not bent, the glass can not match the curve of a bent frame. Also make sure that you are buying quality parts from a reputable vendor.

I know, but mostly all the iphone 6 have a small bent. If you put a ruller on the housing you can see it. I found out that 7/10 are slightly bent.
I purchase from aliexpress, but not sure i will purchase anymore...
