My Blackberry won't switch on.

Three days ago my BB 9900 ran out of power ever and never switched on. I tried everything I could find in forums and on youtube nothing work, the red light does not even go on. What happens is when someone dials my number to my 9900 i appear to answer and drop the call. water never went into the phone.Please help.
