Can I replace/fix my music jack/port?

I was in a trip and got pushed back by a person while on a charter bus. My phone with my ear buds attached were in my back pocket. When I got pushed back, it jammed my earned into the music jack/port at an angle. My friend says that inside music port probably got chipped. In of the ring thingys. I can only use an and all got ear buds at an angle. I could get a bluetooth, but it's pretty expensive and I still want to listen to my music in my car. And I just got this phones so a replacement would be a no go. So one of my very limited options is to either to fix it myself or go to a shop and see if they can fix it. But I want to if they or I can fix it and if so how. I don't to waste my time going there and then telling me they can't fix it. Hopefully it can be fixed. Someone please help!
