When I get on the Internet a screen pops up every time and says call this number you are going to have a virus on my computer. Called the number yup have a virus need the best cheap place to get this fixed. Please where are places I can get this fixed that won't cost over 80 bucks :(??

Rachel, this "screen pops up every time and says call this number you are going to have a virus" sounds like the only virus (ransomware). I bet that this particular screen also prevents you from going online. I suggest that you use a good malware program first (a good free one is Malware bytes) and after you remove the malware, use an antivirus program (AVG or Avast are free) and scan your system.

To extend Oldturkey03's answer, god save me, if you run into problems installing the software needed to remove your virus you can boot your laptop into safe mode with networking. This way your laptop will start up with only the essentials needed to operate the laptop and will most likely disable the virus bocking you internet access enabling you to download he software needed.
First what's wrong with it? Second the cheapest places usually end up being the most expensive. Let's say I charge $135 per hour and my competitor charges $60. Which one is the cheapest? It takes me 1 hour to repair because I know what I'm doing and my competitor takes 3 hours. Who's really the cheapest? There's usually a reason someone is cheap!
