Why won't my Dell Latitude E42200 turn on?

If your laptop computer will not turn on, there could be one of four problems: battery may be dead, battery may be broken, charger may be broken, or turn on key may be broken. If your battery is dead you will need to plug your laptop into the charger. If the battery is broken you may need to switch out the battery with a new one. If the charger is broken then there may be an issue with the wiring in the charger and it may need replacing.
