It should be under the DVD drive, on the board or laser. It will be in the form of a trimpot. This can fix DRE's but doing it too much can ruin games by literally burning them. Don't do too much or too little. Strike a good balance and leave it.
Cleaning the lens might help too. Trimpot work is a last resort known to fix this problem.

i always use microfibre cloth (it's a special one to polish glass) - i only breathe on the lens and then polish it - thats all, no alcohol needed (ok, only afterwards a good cold bavarian .... ;-)).

the best for you is just to clean the lens after cleaning the lens clean the disk drive and blow all the dirt inside that all
