Hi I bought a previously owned HP touchsmart 610. Problem is the admin user is with the previous owner. With that, I can't install some programs and application because it is asking for the admin password. How can I put my computer to its factory setting to fix the problem?

HP provides the article HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 7) that should allow you to do a factory reset. You can follow the section, Starting a recovery from the startup logo screen during system boot within the article to begin the process.
They also have similar instructions for Windows XP and Windows Vista as well.
