2005 Dodge Dakota Alarm/lights continue to blink even when driving?

key was broken,new ignition was installed but it had no chip..Was able to shut off horn but lights continue to blink even when driving.Disconnected the alarm control bow but still lights blink,headlights and all.After shut down they stop after about 5 minutes.
