Why won't my touchscreen respond to my commands?
My APEX tablet is turned on, but any time I try to use the touchscreen nothing happens or responds.

Find the small reset button on located on the back of your tablet. It is labeled "reset," with white letters. It is a small button that requires using either a paperclip or safety pin to press the button inside the hole. Afterwards, turn on the tablet and see if the touchscreen is responsive.
