Note 4 Doesn't turn on after pull out the battery?

Everytime when i switch my simcard into another carrier _{during i pull out the battery and place it back my note 4 won't turn on} but what i did is to plug my original charger into device for 3 sec and it turn it on,,,, that happen during i pull out the battery, i've check it to the expert technician it says my board is not shorted and my battery is not shorted too.. it is possible to refix this kind of scenario.. that everytime i pull out the battery it won't turn on..
