iPhone 4S Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Antenna
What if i dont have a hot air rework station? can i just buy a new Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Antenna? will it work just fine?

You don't need a rework station to replace the antenna. however you do need one to replace the wifi chip.

No. the chip is on the logic board.
if i replace the logic board it will be fix? or can i just replace the chip?
You can reflow or replace the chip. You could easily ruin the iPhone doing so, so be warned. And the above is often a temporary solution. By the way, it could be the Wi-Fi circuit, not necessarily the Wi-Fi chip itself. The former can be permanently fixed with the right tools and skills.
Replacing the logic board is a more permanent solution BUT not cost effective unless you get for $30~$70 something AND you can be certain it is not suffering from any OTHER issues or stolen (locked with iCloud or black listed somewhere)

I can do it for you for a good price if you'd like.
Or if you want to do it for yourself : you NEED a hot air station to replace the WiFi IC, replacing the antenna only wouldn't change anything.

i live in the philippines. ive already fixed it by replacing the chip. now all i need us to get a unlock service

Some cellphone repair shops in malls have it. But i went to greenhills to get mine. Forgot how much, but ithink it was around 2500-3000 pesos.
