Have tried to charge it

Hi Guys My Name is Ehsun Jafri I Have The Samsung Galaxy Note Tab 10.1 I Have tried to charge it it shows the battry loop and the it turns off by itself and also beacause of that I also cannot go in the recovery mode and it's also so slow. What should I do?
