I purchased a phone second hand that was damaged, with the impetus of cannibalizing the components to conduct repairs of other devices. The phone currently is icloud locked, but has a clean IMEI, is there any value from the logic board?

Unless you can get the person who owned the phone before you to unlock it from iCloud it is not useable.

That is what I assumed, I will keep it for parts. Thanks. I've tried repeatedly to contact the owner, to remove the device from icloud but no response.
