What's wrong with my screen?

So I have a samsung brightside, and have had it for quite a while and dropped it many times. However, today it slipped out of my hands onto a cement floor, and now three entire screen appears whites. I suspect the inside screen is cracked, but don't know for sure. Is there any possible ways to make it at least call anyone?
