red lıght turns on, but there is no signal.READ THIS PERFECT EXPLAININ

ı have 2 n64 full set. ice blue and classic. ice blue works well. i have 3 cartridges and i play them all on ice blue. all the cables , adapter and joystick works including classic n64s. i checked them on ice blue. i checked both expansion packs on ice blue and it worked again. SO... THERE IS A PROBLEM I DONT KNOW BUT ITS NOT THE EXPANSİON PACK , JOYSTICK, ADAPTER, CARTRIDGES AND CABLE. classic n64 red light turns on , but no video or audio. ice blue works well.. help :(
