3 The bottom half of my screen is black
I placed my phone on the counter and my cat knocked it off. I tried restarting my phone, but that didn't help. What can I do to fix my phone?

It sounds like your your display is broken. You'll need to find a new screen (not digitizer) and replace it. When searching for the correct screen make sure you search for the exact model of your phone. Replacing the screen is easier than it looks. Hope this helps!
