Start by checking the Settings in your device. You can also check for water damage. Additionally, you could check the internal wiring of the device. Lastly, if all of the above steps do not work you can click on the Motherboard Replacement Guide and follow the outlined steps.

After doing some research, I believe that I have found the answer to my own question.
