How do you replace the phone's speaker?

Hi, my Padfone's speaker has decided to stop playing crisp/clear sound after I blow the speaker.

I have a replacement speaker on the way at the moment. But I don't know how to replace the existence speaker.

Are there anybody that has a guide on how to replace it?
