I fixed a friend of mine's iPod touch 4g. Just did a screen replacement... Gave it to her and i tested it fully and charged it and everything... after a few days she said she plugged it into her car to charge and it went black and now it will not turn on... I didnt even touch the batter of battery flex ribbon at ALL!
Any suggestions?

sounds like the screen has become disconnected, If she can still hear it making sounds etc, beeps and whatever, then it's that. if it's completely dead then she'll need to try a hard reset (power and Home button for 15 secs)
