Samsung Galaxy S4 Active keeps turning off every ten minutes and i have changed the battery so i know it is not the battery

I know this answer is a little late to the party, but I have owned this device, and I experienced the same issues.. Change the battery door. Mine got loose over time, and caused the battery to barley come disconnected at times, and the phone would reboot constantly during the course of a day. I know it sounds simple, but simple can be brilliant too. Good luck with your s4, that's a really nice device.

Hey Jose,
Does it shut off at exactly ten minutes every time? If so, it sounds like some sort of software issue. Have you installed any new apps or updated your phone recently?

no it shuts of at random times, i switched the battery already
