Iphone is stuck on plug into iTunes logo when I put it to restore it freezes on the apple logo with frozen wheel on the bottom and iTunes says waiting on phone !'

To get iPhone out of apple logo stuck, you can try DFU mode. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid the only way is to try out some data recovery tool to get it out. You may need the specific tutorial to do that: iPhone Stuck in Apple Logo & How to Fix

Thanks, dfu mode doesn't work but ill deff look into trying that !!!
