I've had my Blackberry Storm for about 6 months now, and lately the touchscreen has become somewhat unresponsive and delayed. For example, when I try to send a text message, I have to press the send button at least four times before it recognizes what I want it to do.

This problem is probably just due to wear and tear. The reason why your touch screen isn't responding is because the button that is underneath the touch screen is worn down, and isn't functioning properly.
