Phone won't charge after screen replacement.

I replaced my iPhone screen after cracking the old one. I booted up the phone and everything was working fine. Later in the day the battery wore down and I plugged it in to charge it, but it wouldn't charge. It got all the way down to 1% and stayed at 1% for hours while plugged in. I had this battery replaced by apple just a month ago, so I know it's not a battery life problem. I powered down the phone and now it will not turn on. I tried a hard restart, it still will not reboot. When I plug the phone in, it recognizes the charger, but will not charge. Please help!
