1 tore part of right cellular antenna. ok?
so there are 2 ribbons from the rectangular flat strip(antenna) that connect down to where it's screwed in. one of them is completely severed. The signal appears ok(It reads verizon and all 4 dots are full). Should I replace or seal it back up?

you might be able to see it better in this stock picture. the 2 ribbons from the metal part to the rectangular part.
