water damage no power on ,magsafe led turns green to red

Hi guys ,after cleaning all logicboard no visua suspection on chips and parts,yet still wont power on ,

i suspect the top case,WHERE CAN I GET THE schematic FROM? no one on web?

are there any shortcut point for starting it ? ive tried it all
