Greyed out WiFi, MAC address N/A on CDMA iPhone 4

Any resources on solutions for this given the board layout is completely different than the AT&T GSM version, does not even use the same WiFi chip.

I haven't seen anything about debugging this for CDMA, nor even a source for replacement ICs.

The situation with this phone is water damage, full teardown alcohol bath, fully dried out. Everything functional except WiFi. Bluetooth even works. No missing components, no obvious trace damage external to the WiFi module.
