Why my iPhone won't charge?

Hi, My problem is the next:

I Update my iPhone 4 to the 7.0.4, after that, the iphone won't take any charge.

I connected to the PC or Charger and it shows that the iPhone is charging but never gets charge. it only stays on the same charge.

I try to change the Dock connector and the battery but it still the same, I even restore every time i change a part. but still nothing.

I would try another USB charger and plug and charge it in the wall socket
