The two thin pads underneath the Circle Pad where to buy these?

I ordered a new circle pad replacement but when I opened up my 3DS I discovered that the problem was the the two thin pads underneath the Circle Pad. They have been totally twisted up. They where not part of the replacement part. My question is where can I get new ones?
