I replaced the battery and screen on my iPod touch, and once I was done I realized that when I tried to take a picture the spiderweb type teeth type things (that are first on the screen when you open the camera app) that go away when you are about to take a picture doesn't go away. I'm not sure whats wrong.

First, try performing a hard reset on your iPod by simultaneously holding down on the power button and home button until you see the Apple logo. If this does not fix the issue, try checking the connection of camera cable to the logic board.
