How to fix scratch in rear camera lens iPhone 5

When taking a picture a small speck is showing up in my pictures. I have tried cleaning it and it did no remove the speck. You can see it but it is very hard to see by the naked eye. The speck appears to be in/on the protective lens. The camera assembly says it will not affect this issue. Is there hardware that can be replaced to fix this issue?
