Given the fact both of these phones are so new it make no sense Frankenstein'ing them (swapping parts). Besides, you would loose your AppleCare and also not recover the value of the swapped battery when you do decide to sell your phone.
As it turns out the battery are different and can't be swapped (different physical size).

Dan think you'll find that the batterys are the same size same watt and same connector and can be used in both
