My MacBook Pro 13's display is broken

The part you have a link to is just the LCD it's self not the entire lid assembly (display with the case and other parts).

The problem you face here is you will need to get a used part or get all of the parts that make up the lid and the LCD display as well. Here's one I found on eBay eBay parts bid. Be careful with your payment method. I recommend using an American Express Card so you can get your money back if the part is defective (if you can't return it).
