I recently just changed my cracked screen and after going through all the steps everything works as far as getting service, charges fine and the front screen lights up but I cannot use the touch screen. Any ideas of where the problem may be? Thank you.

Sounds like a cable coming off the LCD needs to be reseated. Take the phone back apart and just undo the cables in the top left and then re attach them. Don't take the whole device apart again. It should be a simple fix. Good luck.
