I've got reception but calls won't connect.

I've got an issue after replacing the charging dock the phone still gets reception but will not make or receive calls. When you call the phone it will ring through then go to voicemail but the phone doesn't have any response, however it still makes and receives texts. I does show signs of the motherboard being soldered previously as the blue coil/inductor has been replaced with a line of solder and there's also a couple more soldered parts next where the silver plug goes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
