Does anyone know what plugs in here?

here is no guide that shows how some of these cables plug into the underside of the iMac 21.5" 2011 logic board. There is a bundled collection of cables, at least one of which comes from the power supply, the large DC jack. But I am left with 2 7-pin cables here unmarked. One of these 7-pin cables go into the HDD power connector, but there is another connector on the board that does not have a friendly-name descriptor.

I clipped the bundling material to see where the two 7-pin connectors are coming from. One of them is from the hard drive, obviously for the 7-pin HDD connector, and I assume the other one connects to the other 7-pin connector, which is labeled J601. It is the connector directly under the LCD Temp connector. Should I plug the other 7-pin cable to this connector?

Here is an image for reference:

Here it is LikeARabbit. Also, there is a big orange button in the lower-left for me on this page entitled Images which takes me to it:

Do you mean the connector marked ODD (Optical Disk Drive)

Hi Dan, no. If you look at the image I posted, it's the 7-pin connector right underneath the LCD Temp connector.

OK, thats the spare SATA/power connector (marked ATA1) for the optional SSD/HD unit (vacant connector - Unless you have another HD or SSD installed on the mid-right side of the case). You have three SATA ports on your system. Review this IFIXIT guide Dual HD/SSD kit

Thanks a lot for finding this out for me Dan! So I can plug it in or not, it won't hurt anything either way. That's what I was most concerned about, because after putting in the second logic board, the original power supply had a tuft of smoke come off of it. I wanted to make sure it wasn't something I plugged in wrong.
