No sound from the earpiece but speakerphone works

Hi I just replaced my rear panel, I had to totally dissembled the whole device. After putting everything back togher, I cannot hear anything from the earpiece during a call, the speakerphone works.

I checked every connection and also double checked cable #3.

I also plugged and removed headphones into the headphone jack numerous times (searched google and this could be a remedy)

I also lost a screw but it doesnt look like it makes any contact with anything.

Third red circle I lost the screw thats next to the orange circle.

Anyone?
