how to fix my samsung tablet device since i cannot power on .I was watching in you tube and then it suddenly hangs up and i tried to power off my device and yet it does, but sad to say that until now i cannot open my device nothing will appear in the screen. I have no idea how to fix it. I really need your help.Thank you

If you have tried charging it, replace the battery.

i hear my taB GOING ON AND OFF WHEN I HIT POWER BUTTONAND VOLUME I DROPPED IT AND IT cracked on inside not outside when turn on i seen whiteb csreen and cracks on the left inside part of tablet

Press volume key and power key a The same time for about 10 second hope you fix it mine just needed a update didnt tell me and justed Turned off its probably just a unexpected update

Thank you izabelle this fixed my tablet..... I am shocked that I took it to samsung store and they didn't know how to fix it....

I had same problem looked up an android forum on internet there was a you tube clip showing you how to disconnect the battery. Quite easy to do once you got access to it.
Left disconnected for 30 seconds, then put it back together plug power lead in turn on and hey presto few grey black screens and then battery icon and charging up.

this happened to me before and i tried to turn it on a couple times and it didnt work i left it charging over night for 2 days and in the morning it was on

i have problem in tab 3 ... i m not able to completely to charging 100% . full day if i keep for charging also it will 40 % only ... some time it will automatically it will get switch off & restart ... please help me

My Samsung 10" tab 3 won't turn on IV tried all the buttons and held them down and it's been on charge all day I can't take the tablet apart because I can't tell my parents or I'll get told of what do I do please help meee

We have an 8" Tab 3 and if you don't use it for a few days it just turns off. Tried charging it and eventually the charging will start - has been upto 2 weeks with a slow trickle charge!! The tab was a Christmas present and the battery should not need changing!
