New dock connector does not charge
I replaced the connector and now it won't charge. It did charge with the old one, but it thought it was docked all the time. What could be wrong?

make sure to clean the charging port connector on the logic board and plug it back in. If that does not work the part is bad.

I did that twice, so the part is bad.
