Need help please, i just bought an ipod shuffle 4th generation but when i test the voiceover feature, the song title & artist name (press once) won't come out, nothing happen. But for the battery info (press twice) and playlist info (hold the button) it works perfectly. Any suggestion please? thank you

you need to click on your Ipod in iTunes which is displayed on the top right of iTunes, then you should be on iPod summary page by default. Scroll to bottom of summary settings and select "Enable Voice Over" then Apply and then Sync. When done eject your Ipod and when you next use your Ipod press the little button on top once and it will read out the Song name and Artist. This should be the same for both Windows and OSX versions of iTunes 11
