Display powers on and looks great for about 20 minutes then begins to flash on and off. Caps and other components look solid.

John H, I am sure you turned the power safe mode off. Just to make sure:-) I've had similar problems with my monitor and replaced all the caps, and the transistors on the power board, as well as the two Schottky Diodes D910 and D911, that fixed my monitor. Finding the Diodes proved a bit tough and looking back, I would probably replace the whole power board 715L1283-2 for about $30. Hope this helps, good luck.
