iPhone volume and silent button don't work

Hello everyone!

The iphone's volume button and silent button don't work.

I can't hear any of my calls or SMS's.

The speakers are just fine - i can hear music and videos normally.

The vibration is fine.

It seems to be stuck at silent mode.
